Expert Production Process

Our advanced manufacturing process begins with a precise 3D scan of each vehicle body in our product lineup. Unlike some manufacturers that rely on body skins, we use actual vehicle bodies to establish an accurate baseline for every year, make, and model. This ensures that our measurements are exact from the start.

Using these detailed scans, we create a 3D model of the fender flares, capturing every curve and contour. From there, we calibrate our machinery to these exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and seamless integration with each vehicle. This meticulous process guarantees that our products not only look great but also fit precisely as intended.

Once the 3D models are finalized and our machines are precisely tooled and calibrated, we move to the next phase: Injection Blow Molding. This method offers significant advantages over standard injection molding by producing more uniform products with fewer imperfections. It also enhances the product’s Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR), ensuring long-lasting durability.

Our Fender Flares are made from a high-performance blend of ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) and Polypropylene. These materials were chosen for their exceptional strength, stiffness, and toughness, as well as their ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The result is a product that resists warping, cracking, and deterioration, even under prolonged UV exposure.
